Great Location, staff were amazing and very helpful.

Pros: We arrived at midnight, somebody was waiting for us to assist us getting into the rooms. Check-in was managed in the morning. Staff were so accomadating and helpful, they went out of their way to assist us with all our questions. Communication during our stay was excellent, and our rooms were cleaned fresh everyday. Very fast and thorough. The location was great, very central, store and main resturant hub at the end of the gated driveway. Air conditioning in the rooms were very cold.

Cons: When I booked the open air villa, I didnt even consider checking the weather at the time of our stay, so it was very hot and muggy in the main living areas (Late Oct) - this however was not the accomadations fault, clearly a us moment. We did have to get coils for the living areas to keep the mosquitos away.

Amazing little oasis in the middle of it all with your own pool

Pros: The location was very central, so amazing to have your own little oasis in the middle of it all

Cons: The facilities were a little bit dated but such good value for money you couldn’t complain

Pros: The location was fantastic right in the middle of Seminyak close to all the great restaurants and shopping.

We enjoyed our stay in the villa good location easy to move around.

Pros: Bedroom 1 perfect Pool excellent Large fridge Microwave, kettle and toaster

Cons: Bedroom 2 ok but a bit dreary would have liked both bedrooms to be the same standard. The pillows on the beds are appalling.

Pros: Great location pool was clean and refreshing friendly staff

Cons: The noise from La Favela nightclub at night was excessive

Pros: The location was good. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons: If you don't have the aircon on you can hear the music at night time from the clubs

Great Villa for Holiday with Friends!!

Pros: The location of the villa onto the main road and supermarket was super convenient!! Having an ensuite in each room was also super handy. The cleaners were super respectful and always did a great job.

Cons: The noise from the neighbouring clubs and restaurants were a little loud upstairs because of the skylights in the bathrooms, however if you close the bathroom doors in the rooms, you can barely hear it :)

We enjoyed our stay. Housekeeping staff were very thorough and friendly yet respected your privacy.

Pros: Location was very close to restaurants and shops with easy access to getting taxis or meeting drivers at the end of the lane approximately 200m walk.

Cons: A microwave would have been appreciated and fridge could have been a bit colder than it was.

Very relaxing. Not too busy. Nice villa. 4 bedrooms for 4 people was perfect.

Pros: The privacy was great. The pool was very nice and relaxing. All the facilities were great. Big bathrooms. Nice an air conditioned bed rooms. Lots of great restaurants very close. Did not have to go far for a nice meal. Had a supermarket across the road which also had ATMs inside. And only had a short walk to the main road where we could grab a taxi or scooter ride.

Cons: Breakfast not included. The thumping music from the nightclub till 3AM every night. Some rooms the noise was very loud. Other's not so bad. Also even though the villa is very beautiful, all of downstairs in open so no air con. Was quite hot during the day. Could only relax downstairs at night time. There was also a big outdoor sunbed which had NO mat on it which was pointless. Other villas I have stayed at had a big cushion on it so you could relax there during the day. Quite a distance from any of the usual market lined streets.

Great location opposite restaurants and next to clubs, neat and clean, great pool as well

Pros: Communication was great, we arrived late at night and the host was there to greet us and make sure we found our way to the villa. Great location right on eat street which was great for our stay. Very convenient location and great value.
