great value for money few updated would make a lot of difference but still was a great villa.

Pros: Breakfast and service was amazing. communication was excellent everyday services were fantastic.

Cons: Could do with some updating ( toilet brush, rubbish bins ect ) and better quality linen and pillows not the most comfortable. Shower needs limescale clean and shower would be a lot better.

Wonderful little oasis away from the outside hustle and bustle…we would definitely return.

Pros: Fantastic for our family group of 7. Maria and Hans were amazing.

Cons: Little bit of loud music from neighbours until very late a couple of nights.

Overall, this property is really good!

Pros: Let me start off by saying that Hans and Maria are amazing hosts who are very welcoming, passionate and an excellent mother & son duo! Unlike what other reviewers have posted, this property is well maintained and is located in a very good location that’s close to shops, bars, restaurants & amazing beach clubs within walking distance. Morning breakfasts cooked by amazing Maria are to die for! Hans and Maria are very hard working and maintain the property to an excellent standard.

Cons: A little bit of TLC is required in the kids bunk bedroom and the toilet located on the 1st floor of the property. Besides this, due to where the property is located it welcomes a lot of insects and small reptiles like Gecko’s which is not too uncommon if you’ve visited Bali before.
