Great value for money in best location and big open space and swimming pool

Pros: The location was perfect, so close that beach and restaurants. Pool was amazing.

Cons: Mosquitos, however the manager Putu arranged for fogging straight away which fixed the problem.

Nice stay for 2 families, but take mosquitoes in mind

Pros: Very good location with easy walking access. About a 6-minute walk to the beach and around 8 minutes to Oberoi Street. Large swimming pool. Spacious property with lots of greenery, very lush and pleasant. Cute animals around the villa, which was a nice touch.

Cons: There are really a lot of mosquitoes, especially at the villa entrance and around the pool area. Proper mosquito treatment is strongly needed. Unfortunately, it was almost impossible to stay outdoors without heavy use of mosquito repellent (was provided by villa by the way), and even in the pool we were bitten immediately. This is especially concerning due to the risk of dengue. There were also many mosquitoes in the bathroom. The villa is not very convenient for cars. Access is through several narrow streets where it can be difficult to pass oncoming vehicles. This was not a big issue for us, and the location is very convenient if you plan to walk.
