Pros: The property is located in an area that is centrally situated not far from beach and also 10mins walk from entertainment lots of dining options and shops. It’s away from main roads so traffic noise is minimal.

Convenient location, great villa, will be back!

A beautiful villa with Ani the Amazing

Pros: We had the most enjoyable stay at Villa Joyosa. The villa was perfect for our family, with the privacy of seperated rooms, so much space, beautiful bathrooms, great air-conditioning, and a wonderful pool. But the real highlight was Ani who took such wonderful care of us while we were there. She kept the place spotless for us, made the most incredible breakfasts, was always in communication with us in case we need anything. She really made the trip special and we're so grateful to her.

Pros: An interesting drive into the villa, very convenient to the main street, but far enough away to be quiet.

A relaxing place to be at.

Pros: It’s located in the quiet area yet accessible area of Seminyak. Around 10 mins walking distance to the beach We enjoyed our stay very much. It’s comfortable and clean. Ari is helpful and quick in her response. Definitely will consider coming back here again.

Pros: Great location walking distance to beach and short Gojek trip to Seminyak square. Staff especially Annu went above and beyond to help with whatever we needed! Highly recommend

Amazing stay.

Pros: We love the amazing set up of the property with the pool in the middle. It was luxury to have an afternoon swim and a quick shower before going out for dinner in one of the restaurants nearby. Quick walk to Seminyak Square, the Flea Market and Jalan Kayu Aya. Ani the housekeeper was super friendly and accomodating. Cooking breakfast for us on request. It was a perfect stay in a beautiful property.

Cons: The bathroom was open air so got a few mosquito bites while showering but not a big deal. The TV’s sound system in the lounge wasn’t great but we didn’t really watch much. TV in the rooms had no Netflix access but not an issue as we’re mostly out of the house and the internet was great.

Pros: Great location hidden away from the hustle and bustle in the streets of Seminyak. The maid Ani was exceptional, keeping the villa clean as if we were walking in for the first time each day.

Pros: Host has been very accommodating and friendly. They received us on arrival and gave a tour of the villa. Villa is very clean. The staff did a good job in cleaning up. Villa is true to photos. There is a convenience store in walking distance away. Can only find the villa on gojek (unable to find on grab). Overall an excellent stay
