Excellent customer service, beautiful villa, will be back to stay again

Pros: Excellent customer service. No request was an issue. Breakfast was delicious. Villa was spacious clean and tidy, and pool clean. Gardens were well maintained.

Cons: Villa not as self contained as anticipated - Limited utensils for home cooking. Will budget for more dining out with future stays.

Cons: As much as it was a beautiful villa the breakfast was very ordinary They really need to work on there breakfast The coffees were always cold and the breakfasts were only warm We ended up going out for breakfast in the end

Pros: Staff was good and helpfull had a minor incident where son cut his foot on broken tile in pool. Staff was quick to help with first aid and get pool repaird. And allso upgraded us to a luxury villa for remaining 9 days
