Villa Pawikan Gorgeous 4 beds villa in the heart of Seminyak

Beautiful villa but needs to be improved

Pros: Spacious rooms and nice design . The host was nice too and helped when we need her. Location is convenient if you are driving a scooter or use grab. It was super easy always.

Cons: Lack of cleaning in every part (indoor or outdoor ) , lots of lizards, ants , mosquitoes etc in the kitchen and living room (is open area but truly all cups and dishes where extremely dirty always and we found many times lizards and ants on them) and also in every restroom! Probably because it was rainy season, but again it doesn’t feel comfortable. Also towels and linens have been dirty and torn (I’ve noticed twice that in 5 nights stay and the reply when I’ve mentioned that was “OK”) . Also walls and other parts of the villa have to be renovated in order to keep the quality of the design- it’s a pity ! Honestly, if these issues get improved the place is wonderful for a family or a group of friends as we were !

Amazing staff amazing villa, great stay

Pros: Very clean and well constructed, walking distance to convenience stores but no drama to get grabs to town part, nice and quiet and relaxing. Pool was highlight. Staff very attentive and accommodating, fixed our air conditioner when it stopped, fully equipped.

Cons: Little far but good for peace and quiet, no major negatives

Amazing

Pros: Stayed in lots of villas in Bali and this was the best by far. The pool was amazing sun all day. The rooms and bathrooms were breathtaking and location was just right to walk to restaurants and shops. Hopefully will be back,thank you.

Pros: The villa was beautiful and our villa manager Yasmin and house keeping has done an excellent work in hosting us.

A great family get away with our teenage children

Pros: The bedrooms were spacious and each with air con. And en suite. We were very comfortable

Cons: We were very comfortable with the amenities

Pros: Spacious rooms, pool and lovely staff - easy to communicate

Cons: A little out the way and traffic hectic to get uber

Pros: Beautiful villa, in close proximity to the main strip, but just far out enough to avoid the chaos. Beautifully maintained with excellent communication from Yasmine and the team. Every room has its own ensuite. Can’t rate this villa highly enough.

Pros: Beautiful villa with an outdoor kitchen alongside a pool. It was always kept clean by the staff on a daily basis. It’s walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Cons: In one of the rooms - it kept on being flooded with water coming out from the cracks on the floor, was worse on the days when it rained. It was a know issue to the host

Perfect villa, definitely would stay again!

Pros: Looked exactly like the pictures, it was so gorgeous and the all the rooms were amazing !!

Cons: Nothing to dislike, everything was perfect!

Pros: Beautiful villa, we could message the villa manager for more water for the fountain and it would be delivered within minutes.

Cons: The sheets and towels were changed once over a 9 night stay.
