Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, everything felt smooth, welcoming, and thoughtfully done. The room was comfortable and well maintained, the atmosphere was relaxing, and it was clear that a lot of care goes into making guests feel at home. I especially want to give special recognition to Ayu, who was truly amazing throughout my entire stay. She went above and beyond every single time, always warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. Whether it was helping with questions, checking in to make sure everything was perfect, or simply greeting me with a smile, Ayu made a huge difference in my experience. Staff like her are the reason guests come back. Thank you, Ayu, for making my stay so memorable, I’m incredibly grateful and would definitely book again!

Pros: We had an absolute amazing stay at 20 Suites! The rooms were extremely comfortable, very spacious, well equipped, and as clean as it gets. I'm definitely coming back again next time!

Excellent Stay.

Pros: I appreciated that the property was modern and newly constructed. The shared pool for all units added an eco-friendly touch. It was also peaceful at night, which allowed me to sleep well throughout my stay.

Cons: at like a microwave in the kitchen and also didn’t have any shelving at the shower which was quite inconvenient, but apart from that all else was phenomenal.

Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommended!

Pros: We arrived late, and the security team was very helpful. The place is quiet, perfect for a good night's sleep. The modern apartment was clean and well-equipped with a water dispenser, stove, and basic cooking tools. Hairdryers are available upon request at reception. Will be back again

Spacious, clean - ticks the boxes

Pros: The staff were great, the rooms are cleaned daily. The pool is nice. And if there is an issue it is solved pretty quickly. All in all I loved staying at the place and would certainly stay again. I loved that it had a drinking water machine that can be hot or cold, and they replace it each time. The kitchen is very very well equipped and the cleaners clean it daily too.

Cons: If anything I would maybe add an airfrier or microwave - but not critical

Pros: Staff were very accommodating with my request to preview the room and check-in early due to having a bad experience with the previous accommodation. Daily housekeeping is provided, and staff can be reached via WhatsApp and will respond in a prompt manner. Security is also available outside of the property once staff leave the premises providing additional security.

Cons: Lack of amenities such as a hairdryer
