Great hotel

Pros: Hotel great and few problems with door lock and a/c but all taken care of promptly. Pool lovely and restaurant really good.

Cons: For me the location was not good. To far from shops and resturants. A taxi ride to everywhere walking was not an option.

Good and can be consider for next trip

Pros: I think the breakfast is good , hotel price is consider acceptable and it’s location is consider good which is nearby coffe house, mart and kuta beach

Cons: the smell of the room .. the floor is sticky and the shower was not in good condition

Comfortable stay with great service.

Pros: Everything was superb. Comfort room, clean & nice view. I had request for some decoration for my husband birthday & they delivered it so unexpectedly. Plus we surprised with the birthday cake which I’m not request.

Cons: Toilet a bit dirty with some mud. But just a little

Pros: The suite we booked was very spacious for 2 adults + our daughter. It had 2 small balconies overlooking the pool, making it very convenient to duck out for a smoke while enjoying the many kites flying above the area, plus the odd cheeky squirrel running along the boundary wall. All of the staff were helpful and friendly. My daughter loved feeding the fish in the ponds near reception. The massage service here is excellent, with VIP rooms located just past the gym. Ask for Diani, she spoke English quite well and has a very satisfying strength & technique. Breakfast was a bit monotonous, but there is a good food court just North of the hotel with something for everyone. Although this hotel and surrounding area is a little rough around the edges, these imperfections did not really affect our enjoyment staying here.

Cons: The water pressure & temperature in the shower was unstable at all times of day or night, quite annoying. Underground parking is a tight squeeze, and the parking guys we're rarely there to help stop traffic for guests coming and going during the day as they do in many other hotels.

Pros: Grand Zuri Kuta Bali offers excellent facilities including a swimming pool, cafeteria, and a decent breakfast with halal options. The room service is top-notch, and the staff are very helpful, especially when it comes to providing information about the surrounding area. The location is strategic—close to retail stores, local warungs (restaurants), and affordable laundry services (some even offer ironing and folding). For Muslim travelers, the hotel is conveniently located about 400 meters from a mosque, making it a great option for those seeking nearby prayer facilities.

Cool & near Kuta

Pros: The water pressure in bath room very2 satisfied like waterfall & heavy rain 😀

Cons: Litle bit uncomfortable smell near the pool

Pros: Good value for budget, overall cleanliness can be improved a bit

Cons: The area around the hotel is little shady. My friends gold chain got snatched away. So people have to be really careful while stepping out of the hotel.Also the attempt at indian cuisine is bad. They can improve it.

Pros: Our junior suite was very spacy, quiet and comfortable. It was located on the top floor and had a nice view over the pool. The room was well equipped and we received a fruit bowl upon entering. The swimming pool was refreshing but closes at 9pm. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and had lots of variety.

Cons: 1 AC unit was broken and we couldn't turn it off. The other one worked perfectly. Upon check-out, we had to wait a bit longer for the staff to check the room and were drawn into making a Google review in the meantime. Take around 15 minutes into account for that.

Central in Kuta

Pros: Very central in Kuta. The hotel is clean and modern and the facilities are all good. The breakfast is varied - everyday there are slightly different options which is nice. Balcony was lovely to have too.

Cons: Nothing. :)
