Pros: The stay was pleasant, the staff was very helpful and I must say I loved their breakfast. They have great selection of breakfast.

Loved that it's new!

Pros: It was choice cause it's new. - Does need to be maintained to keep it looking new, I.e my shower blocked up during my stay and my heat pump was dripping inside the room after the fourth day. * they weren't 'fixed properly'. I did need my heat pump on all day everyday, as the heat over there is very thick. Loved the pool it was definitely fresh when I needed it to be. The fitness centre is a couple of treadmills and dumbbells and weights station, with a short balcony for shuttle runs. It's clean and has everything needed. The breakfast was lovely each day and the staff were just as helpful.

Cons: - had to get room service and I had asked for 'no dessert' and they sent diary ice cream up (* am allergic to Diary... hence saying ' no dessert, no ice cream..'. ) Language barrier..? ko wai ka hua...

Clean Safe & Friendly environment

Pros: This Hotel Is new And thoroughly clean as a frequent traveller to Bali I’ve stayed at many hotels and this hotel the aircon smells fresh which I love ( I hate that mould smell) you have a google home in your room very latest tech and easy to navigate Bathroom was Standard the room is very vibrant itself the aircon gets very cold And you can even stream Netflix on tv If I were to compare it’s quite similar to Ibis Hotel / Mercure hotel in Australia Staff were lovely Breakfast was top tier is mostly local food but It was Yummy! Also have a gym 2nd floor which is handy and free parking for cars and motorbike secure with security I will be coming back to this hotel and very much enjoyed my stay Thank you Quest team 5/5

Cons: Room is a-bit small for most but is excellent For Single or couple travellers felt very safe here

Pros: Assez proche de tout, le personnel bienveillant et bon petit déjeuner

Pros: The hotel is new with great stuff and reasonable prices. There was all you can eat breakfast for 55k, but we didn't try as were late. Also there were all you can eat dinners with live music for a great price as well. There was a pitcher in the room instead of water bottles and water coolers in the hallway, which was highly convenient as could refill anytime. There are also some cafe's nearby, supermarket and ATM. In the room they have Google Nest instead of telephones, which is more up to date and convenient way to talk to front desk.

Cons: Our room was a bit small so when we opened two suitcases it was tricky to move around, but overall the room is fine.
