Good location friendly staff

Pros: 1st time to Bali...great location close to where we wanted to go..free daily shuttle was good..staff always smiling and friendly..pool nice...local food places close..nice day spa close by ..breakfast nice ..same food daily tho.. housekeeping every day and replenished water daily

Cons: Loud at times if room in pool area..meals hit and miss same with cocktails more training needed as one girl rung to get instructions to make something that was on the list...annoying man that always offered a taxi and asking for smokes ..wasn't a staff member..

Excellent hotel in Kuta!

Pros: Overall, the hotel was excellent. Staff was very responsive to any issues. Room was very clean and comfortable.

Cons: There were a few TLC issues with the room, nothing too serious. Just a little more care in making sure everything is working 100% would be good.

Great short term stay, great pool bar. Very friendly staff and guests.

Pros: Breakfast and room size was great, pool bar was awesome. Met a diverse bunch of friendly people at the pool bar.

Cons: Tv was terrible and cable is dead. Definitely need an upgrade to a smart tv it’s 2026.

Great room, good location, excellent staff.

Pros: Very nice big room, the pool was really nice lots of chairs/loungers to sit by and laze around on. I like the private parking behind a security gate felt a lot more secure and it was also free for guests

Cons: Since it is a big hotel the room we got was quite a far walk from entrance and is a bit of a maze the first few times signs to each floor/room weren't very clear but do-able with a little bit of extra thinking. The ac unit in our room was very loud and not very powerful.

Pros: Good place to come when arriving, not far from airport, friendly staff, small gym if you like the gym, reasonable priced food and drinks.

Cons: No windows in some rooms, but large rooms. tv signal not great

Would definitely recommend and will definitely be staying again !!

Pros: For a budget friendly accomodation this had everything you could need- a pool, gym, buffet breakfast and even a free shuttle down to the beach. Staff were all lovely and the breakfast was DELICIOUS. There is also a super affordable restaurant on site that does room service too. Extremely easy to walk around the area and close to everything you need (mini Marts, restaurants, warungs etc)

Cons: Rooms are not sound proof so it is easy to get woken up by other loud guests.

Good value for money

Pros: Excellent value for money, spacious rooms, clean, friendly and efficient staff. Good facilities pool, billiards, swim up bar, gym, restaurant etc.

Cons: For the price paid I was extremely satisfied with the property. It’s not exactly at the busy area I’d usually stay but ideal for a family who want a hotel at a reasonable price that delivers a lot and don’t mind being a 5 minute taxi away from the busy bar and restaurant area and beach
