Ideal location, exceptionally clean, great value.

Pros: The location to the airport is perfect for those very early flights, and the free shuttle makes it so easy. The rooms are immaculately clean and well equipped. Aircons always work and whole hotel is very clean.

Cons: A couple of minor things; our bags weren’t taken up when we were told they were, and our room was only accessible by stairs. Not ideal to be clattering down with our bags at 4am. We’ve stayed before and always had elevator access, and would choose our rooms based on that in the future.

Pros: Super friendly staff, helped with luggage and were helpful.

Cons: There was no hot water so I couldn't wash my hair, because It's long so it takes time, which under a cold shower is not really nice.

Ticks all the boxes for my pre and post travel around Indonesia.

Pros: I love the breakfast, local and western food and plenty being made fresh all the morning. 24 room service meant trying a delicious oxtail soup made with local spices.

Cons: Somewhere to hang when it is raining. Can you make the bistro more inviting at night, to hang out or even eat my dinner. Not sure it's possible but will try next time.

Great location close to the airport, very friendly and helpful staff.

Pros: The location was perfect for a late flight check-in, the staff were super friendly and very helpful with communication. The buffet breakfast was amazing with many options to suit all.

Cons: The bathroom was leaking and the floor was constantly wet, however we only stayed one night so it wasn’t a huge issue.

Great airport layover

Pros: Great location, lovely breakfast, wonderfully friendly and accommodating staff, appreciate the echo friendly water refill stations

Cons: Some gym equipment is broken. Could hear the mosque from our room floor call to prayer in the morning. Towels smell like bleach. Pillows were a bit hard and flat.
