Cons: The headphone bar and recording studio were both closed due to breakages. Didn’t ruin our stay but both elements we were interested in.

Pros: Loved Everything. Best place I have ever stayed. Wonderful staff take care of every need. Most amazing pools and swim up bar and lounge cabanas, all inclusive breakfasts and everything you could want.

Pros: The hospitality and care are top notch. The staff are not just super friendly but also sending good vibes everyday. They put so much attention to our needs even before we asked anything. Love that every single request is taken very carefully. There're a lot of activities, a great variety of food selections, and a bunch of handy services, so you can even stay there for the entire vacation and never get bored in the comfy and relaxing heaven!

Amazing resort that you need to see

Pros: Very interesting hotel. Eco friendly materials everywhere. Recycled plastic used extensively. Staff were amazing. Resort pool is fantastic. Large and looks over Seminyak beach. Mini bar was fantastic. Breakfast was great for adults.

Cons: Bathroom setup and bath a bit weird. Wood used everywhere including sink and bath which doesn't quite work. Stains quite easily and looks worn quickly. Basin is out in the main room along with the bath. Shower tends to leak into the main dressing room area. Breakfast/dinner options for kids are a bit limited. Steel railings on balcony are quite rusted and need replacing.

Pretty good

Pros: Everything was great, but I do recommend not having charge to the room facilities available as we were caught out with other guests bills twice and had to challenge the costs (which are not itemised)

Cons: Travelling with another couple, both of our rooms were separately charged with our own plus other people’s drinks and food from the pool. We tried to highlight this to the team and they took a couple of drinks off but not everything. We ended up paying about $200 more than our actual bill (our original bill for 3 hours by the pool had 19 beers, a bottle of champagne and 6 cocktails for 2 people? )Our friends paid about $80 more than their bill. I’d still go back, but would definitely pay as we ordered. No room charge

Pros: Potato head pays superb attention to customer’s needs and requests. Service and provision of assistance at every instance were top notch. The gym was fully equipped and the whole sustainability movement was very well emulated around the entire establishment.
