Absolutely amazing on every level

Pros: Everything!! The location was great, lots of restaurants and shops. Easy to get around it you hit the beach and walk that way to sunrise beach and Kuta. Staff were absolutely amazing on every level. The facilities were amazing too.

Great! But...

Pros: Location wise, it is a great spot - close to lots of restaurants, shops and bars, and easily accessible to all of Seminyak and beyond. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is always great. The pool and gardens are beautiful.

Cons: The WiFi is sketchy and drops out a lot. The shower fluctuated between scalding and freezing. The beers were pricey and need to be a lot colder.

Pros: The location was great. Not noisy considering how close it is to bars & restaurants

Cons: Bathroom towels have seen better days. Air con in our room leaked. Man came & worked on it but didn't seem to improve it. Had to leave towel on the floor
