Lovely relaxing holiday

Pros: All very good but options are too big - 1 egg/slice of toast/bacon more than enough to start the day.

Cons: It's not a dislike but a bit of pressure cleaning will zoooch the facility and make it look flash

Pros: Staff are amazing.Rooms are well appointed and are clean and comfortable. I will keep coming back.Oh and Rin and the Spa ladies are seriously the best masseuses in the business.

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff. Peaceful at the resort, love the pool.

Cons: The pictures are misleading about the ocean, the beach is dirty and brown ground, and their is trash and debris everywhere. The photos are edited with white sandy beach.

Wonderful stay!

Pros: The staff is extremely friendly. They help you where they can and don't expect tips. They hurry to come over to help parking your car.

Cons: The beach strip near the hotel is not the best, but plenty of alternatives.

First time experience in Bali

Pros: The sizing of the room and view we had was amazing!! The bathroom was beautiful I loved the separate toilets to bathroom. The safe was super handy. The staff was beyond helpful and very friendly this makes the stay more enjoyable and relaxing. The spa itself and the staff there went above and beyond. The massages were beautifully relaxing and the girls who did my braids wow! They did an incredible job doing 6 braids both their first time i thank them very much for this!! I was a very happy girl.

Cons: The minimal options for the buffet i should have mentioned i had allergies but it was okay. It was a little away from the main areas we were exploring. There wasnt much at all I didliked.

Central location, beautiful grounds, spacious, well cleaned rooms with delicious food and cocktails!

Pros: I almost don't want to give the amazing rating for the GB Sani that I know I have to as I want to keep this little gem to myself! I love this hotel; beautiful, helpful and caring staff, lovely gardens and pool, amazing sunset (we were lucky this year), delicious food and cocktails and spacious rooms all set in an oasis from the chaos (which I love also). Grand Bali Sani I will be back!

Cons: I cannot really say anything as any problems I had were immediately rectified by the smiling staff !
