Perfect villa with superb staff

Pros: From the welcoming smile of Kadek, the driver, at the airport after a long flight I had the feeling it would be a great stay. They provide a free airport pickup which avoids so much hassle! We visit every year and have stayed in many different villas. This one was special and we hope to return next year. The villa itself is perfect. It has everything you might need. All the small details have been considered. The staff are excellent. So cheerful and efficient. Any small maintenance issues were resolved immediately. Lisa runs a tight ship. Her communication was impeccable. Location great on a quiet small street. 5 minutes walk to Bintang supermarket and the hustle and bustle. Very sad to leave. Thanks Lisa and team
