Nameera Villa

Pros: Super comfortable, great size and great feel to the villa

Cons: Great Bali feel, some timber decking might need fixing but overall amazing

I would 100% recommend this villa to anyone staying in Seminyak, so beautiful, functional and well kept!

Pros: We stayed in Nameera Villa 03 and loved it! The pool was so big and luxurious. The rooms all were really big and the outside was so lush and well kept. The wifi was great! TV worked really well is interested. Airconditioning worked great in all 3 bedrooms. The bathrooms were so clean and so beautiful. All of the benefits of being near the main road with 0 of the street noise, absolutely nothing. Antika was a lovely host and made sure all our needs were met during our stay. Lots of cold filtered water and resources in the kitchen for a large group of people. The day bed by the pool was really nice and fit lots of people aswell.

Cons: Absolutely 0 complaints we and my 5 friends thought the communal areas were excellent the couch was so big and fit everyone seamlessly.

Hidden gem in Seminyak

Pros: We loved the convenient location to shops and restaurants in Seminyak. The villa was so spacious, quiet and private and loved every moment there. Taking a dip in our own pool on hot afternoons was really refreshing.

Cons: Could use some fresh paint but otherwise it was perfect

Good value for money / very good place

Pros: The location was good. Waking distance to the beach and couple restaurants nearby. Good spa nearby also. The rooms and bathrooms were huge and lots of space. Washing machine on site for your laundry. The owner was responding quickly to our requests.

Cons: We were not provided slippers. Even though it was “clean” our feet were dirty. We didn’t find the place quite suitable for family with kids. The other room is separate from the main entrance so you would need to split and cant sleep together. The villa does need some maintenance to make the stay more pleasant. Overall it was good.

Oasis in the middle of everything

Pros: It’s huge. The pool is big and the rooms are so spacious. Location is excellent. Staff have been wonderful and so available. It’s 5 minutes walk from Bintang supermarket and loads of great restaurants

Cons: I was leaving and they are digging up the road out front. It’s a bit of a mess out there.

Pros: Location, pool, open air facilities. Supply of mosquito coils and spray. Friendly staff

All in all we enjoyed our stay at Nameera Villa 3. Good value for money. I would stay here again

Pros: Staff were amazing. We had a few problems but were resolved immediately when we contacted Antika the host of the property. We lost power one night due to a storm and WiFi but this was quickly resolved once I contacted the host. They came and put power back on and gave me a WiFi router as the WiFi had also gone. Cannot fault the assistance with the staff. Good location, close to Bintang Plaza and the main road to go shopping and get massages and food etc. About a 10 - 15 min walk to the beach. Comfy beds, spacious rooms, nice alfresco area in the lounge to the pool. Big property, very happy with the size. Lovely bathrooms and outdoor showers on the bottom floor rooms. Big bathroom in master bedroom. Master bedroom very spacious and upstairs entertaining area. Cot on request was a bassinet which didn’t suit my 1 year old. For anyone that requires a cot just hire one they are cheap.

Cons: We liked everything about the property for the price we paid. The only fault was there was a very heavy wooden cabinet that was not stable in the children’s room and my son pulled a drawer open to get some bathers and the whole thing fell on him. Lucky he only hurt his toe but it could of been a lot worse. This furniture will need to be secured to the wall as it wasn’t safe. No hand towels in bathrooms (not a major issue just something simple that could have been added) tea towels were bought on request but should have been there. Kitchen utensils could definitely be updated. And more cleaning tools to wash dishes etc

Great choice

Pros: The villa was quirky but comfortable. There was a private courtyard at the front with a pretty garden, plunge pool and the (outdoor) kitchen. It was great having filtered drinking water. The outdoor bathroom was on the opposite side of the bedroom. It was weird showering out in the open, but it was completely private and there was another lovely garden. The location was very convenient for shops and restaurants, and not far from the beach.

Cons: The building didn’t seem to be electrically grounded. I couldn’t plug in my (metal) laptop, which has a built-in voltage adapter and has been used all around the world, without getting quite significant electric shocks. The entire laptop became live when I plugged it in and I got a shock from touching any part of it. Our phones (made largely of plastic) were fine.

Pros: Very spacious and clean, very good location, lovely pool.
