Pros: Very large rooms and a big pool that make you feel like you’re living at your own private resort. 24/7 staff presence at the main entrance. Friendly and kind staff. Authentic furniture and overall design — the place feels truly authentic and spacious.

Cons: Breakfast could be improved. While it is a traditional Balinese breakfast, it’s the same every day and has limited options. At the time of payment, they charged a 3% commission for credit card payments, which was not mentioned during booking. This was an unpleasant surprise.

Pros: Spacious Balinese feel. Staff were quiet, and went about their business in a non intrusive way. Manager assisted with a range of extras, all very seamless

Cons: Need a step into the pool, it isn’t easy to access for low mobility. Need drying racks for swimwear and rinsed clothing. Maybe a couple of chairs for people with back issues.

A stunning villa we really felt spoilt

Pros: The villa is just stunning - the gardens are beautiful. The staff were always nearby when needed and super friendly. We loved out stay!
