Exceptional!
Pros: Our stay was exceptional! The villa is beautifully styled, extremely comfortable and the pool is huge. The location is fantastic and minutes walk from Kayu Ayu. The staff were warm, welcoming and we couldn't have asked for a nicer stay. The pre-check in communication was excellent and this level of communication continued throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious and were impressed that they take 4% of drink revenue and donate it to a local animal rescue organisation. We highly recommend this villa!

Stunning Villa, exceptional service
Pros: The staff were amazing, food exceptional. Very impressed with the Villa, it had everything you could possibly need . Home away from home.
Cons: Most of the doors did not seal closed properly, even with the use of spray and plug in deterrents mosquitoes in all rooms were a challenge . Only something minor, but a door bell, or intercom would be great so you can communicate with staff at your main entrance door.

Luxe, quiet villa close to Seminyak main strip
Pros: Firstly the team were super lovely and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. The location was ideal, right near the Seminyak main strip and walking distance to most things. A 10 minute walk down to Seminyak square. There isn't a shuttle or buggy to take you places, but you don't really need it given the location. The villa was spacious, a perfect pool and quiet considering how close to the main strip it is. Big comfy bed, well equipped kitchen and a two person lounge to watch tv from. One of the resident cats, Chi Chi came to visit on our last day, so friendly! The villa owners support a local organisation helping displaced and unhomed animals which is really great to see. A great stay.
Cons: If calling a Grab or car, sometimes easier for them to find you at the end of the laneway.

Pros: It was a great experience.. in all aspects.. cleanliness, breakfast.. service and the staff are very, very cheerful They have an app which you can communicate with them easily. I just would like to clarify some points to be clear for those who want to book: There is no restaurant, only room service.. room service ends at 6 pm.. they are villas in Seminyak.. if you request two rooms, the second room is on the top.. the resort is very clean, and they care about its cleanliness . A small centipede may appear, and it is not harmful at all, and this is the only insect I saw Their services are amazing.

Perfect vacation to unwind & relax with staff that where attentive and welcoming.
Pros: The location was excellent close to shops, bars and restaurants. The breakfast delivered every morning was great with many options. Bedding was very comfortable. I liked having a living room in the air conditioning and also cooking facilities if required. Pool and rooms where large and very private. The re-stocking of the mini bar was a nice touch. But the best part about the facility is the staff. They are all so friendly and would do anything to make your stay perfect.

Pros: The staff were polite, professional, attentive and accommodating. The villa was also very nice and clean.
Cons: Only thing, and this wasn't the villa staff's fault, was there were a few millipedes/centipedes because the bathroom was open air. Just a result of the climate, but despite this the villa was still amazing.
