Beautifully located Villa, would absolutely come back here again.

Pros: The location of the villa was incredible, so close to one of the main strips in Seminyak. The staff were so lovely and kind, really made the stay comfortable and clean.

Cons: The bathrooms could use a bit of a refresh, the shower curtains were quite dirty, and same with the kitchen. Bit of a deep clean and a refresh would be perfect for this place to get it 100%.

Excellent space, the villa manager was also so accommodating from check in to check out requests, being super flexible.

Pros: The property was walking distance to the main spots in the area, but also far away enough that remains quiet and no noise from the busy roads. The openness of the common space area was a nice place to relax after a long day exploring

Pros: We had a really nice stay here in Seminyak. The staff were so helpful in organising treats for our friends birthday and couldn’t have done enough to help us. The villa itself was beautiful and had everything we needed.

Pros: The location was amazing, the space was perfect for up to 4 adults.

Cons: To be honest the bathroom was a letdown it needs to be upgraded a walk in shower would have been perfect as it was a bit dangerous to climb in and out of the bath due to it being slippery. The positioning of the bed and airconditioner didn’t work so we had to more the bed and lift up the mosquito curtains to slow the air to flow underneath the curtain to cool down the bed area. The other issue was ants and bugs getting in underneath the sliding door and in the kitchen dinning area. The sliding door in the room closest to to kitchen needs repairing as it isn’t on the track and very hard to open.

Pros: It was close to great warung, spas and restaurants and seminyak village was a short walk

Comfortable stay to end our Bali Honeymoon

Pros: Great property, very spacious! Host was great from the beginning, super helpful let us check in early as we arrived earlier than expected. Upon checkout we were able to leave our bags with the driver and he picked us up from nearby beach club whilst waiting to go to airport. Highly recommend staying here, close by to La favela and only short walk or grab to the beach and other beach clubs

Perfect Villa with ideal location

Pros: Overall vibe was perfect, be it Villa, it's location or the facilities. Everything was superb and icing on the top, Villa caretaker Asti. Very approachable and understanding. USP of the property is it's vibe and all modern facilities which comes with the villa. Restaurant, coffee shops, night clubs you name the facility and it's in the neighborhood. Would highly recommend this villa to anyone who wants to enjoy there time in Seminyak.

Pros: the staff were so very acomidating with a late check-in, so very friendlywe only staiwd 1 night, but it was great.

Cons: bed was firm, but that's a personal preference

Very happy to stay here again, great value for money.

Pros: Lovely set up, clean, older opulence, great pool, great location (close to main Seminyak rd), lovely staff and very comfortable.

Cons: The lounge -uncomfortable and the building noise next door, couldn’t stay there during the day as too noisy.
