3 bedroom villa

Pros: Lovely true Balinese style villa with comfy beds. Ice cold air con, stunning pool and outside area. Awesome, friendly staff.

Cons: The only thing I think could be improved in the 3 bedroom is bigger bins in the kitchen and better lighting as it's a bit dark!

Pros: What you see in the pics is the same. Very clean and tidy. New towels. Good location.

Pros: Spacious villa, efficient A/C, good size & clean pool. Private & quiet. Comfortable bed. Plenty of hot water. Great housekeeping.

Cons: Slow drainage in bathroom( but wasn't a problem) TV's need updating.

Pros: It’s a very cozy little villa in the heart of Seminyak. One block away from the Main Street of Jl Kayu Aya. I love the modern spacious living room and large pool to chill out. Also nice little gazebo in the garden. Which I often say and read. My villa was furthest from the street and very quiet at night. Bed is large, clean and comfortable as well. Staffs are real professional. Always nice and friendly.

Cons: Water water system may needs some improvement. Really hard to adjust to the right temperatures. The propane cylinder seems to run out pretty quickly.

Excellent and perfect for us

Pros: Lots of natural light and the pool was a decent size. The room was huge but made it feel more luxurious

Cons: The water pressure/hot water temp changes in the bathroom. Wasn’t a huge issue but enough to be annoying

Amazing value for money

Pros: The villas are massive, beds are super comfy (pillows too), drinking water is supplied, there is a full kitchen with all the amenities you could need. The pool is just as pictured and very private. This is the second time we have stayed at Bracha Villas, and we will be back again.

Cons: The air con in our room wasn't great, but did the job. They did look at it straight away and it did run a bit better, just not as good as our friends villa. The toilet is open to the rest of the bedroom which isn't ideal. But these are small issues when compared to how great everything else was.

Everything I wanted

Pros: Excellent location close to shops, cafes and restaurants. About 20 min walk to beach. Included dispenser of drinking water in the kitchen, not just a couple of little bottles. Bed was comfortable. Quiet location at night. Helpful staff and breakfast was great. Totally recommend. I had the 1 bed villa.

Cons: The aircon was a bit noisy and not very cold but I just wear earplugs at night.

Lovely relaxing stay in beautiful villa

Pros: The pool, the size of our bedroom and the king size bed, the furnishings. Breakfast was included daily and was good. Villa was cleaned daily. The pool was excellent. I'd have a dip in the morning before breakfast, in the afternoon when returning from going out and before bed. The location was great. Walking distance to a lot of places, lots of good eating places nearby and it got busy but it was quiet, we couldn't hear a thing from our villa. The staff were very friendly and most accommodating and helpful. Pick up from the airport was included with our booking which was great because we got in to Denpasar at night and didn't have to worry about finding a taxi to take us there. Our driver was waiting for us with a sign.

Cons: The smart TVs and remotes didn't work very well. Had to point remote to a certain spot on the tv for it to work. Logged in to our own Amazon Prime account to watch stuff and very often it would stop and we'd have to log in and resume what we were watching. Couldn't log in to our Netflix account as the tv software had to be updated but no idea how to do that. The bed had a doona but no top sheet. It got too hot with the doona but not comfortable sleeping with nothing on top. A sheet would be better given the climate in Bali, no need for the doona at all.

Pros: Beautiful private villas, we had a group of friends each with their own private one bedrooms. Staff were friendly and breakfast was excellent. The pools were the perfect temperature and beds super comfy! Highly recommend.
