Villa Kainara Seminyak by RPM

Perfect location! Kind people!

Pros: Perfect location, walkable to bars/restaurants in Seminyak. Even though the bars are close it is quite in the night to sleep. The hostes and driver of the villa are really kind and helpful.

Pros: great, location, amazing villa, well maintained, and very friendly and welcoming staff

everything was wonderful, lovely host and villa.

Pros: Good location and big beautiful pool and great kitchen facilities, not that we used them, but nice to have the option.

Cons: The pillows were hard and big, neck was sore in the mornings. Night club noise wasn't too bad, just hear the bass, opens at 10pm -2am.. but I can sleep though anything.

Staff, Villa cleanliness, and location was fantastic.

Pros: The staff were fantastic and assisted with all requests.

Cons: The only thing was the noise from the night club next door.

Great spot to go and explore Seminyak and surrounding !

Pros: Awesome spot to get around in Seminyak with either a walk away or taxi ride ! Pool was great and the rooms were nice and cool !

Cons: Nothing really the nightclub noise isn’t that bad and didn’t disturb sleep but that what you get if you the heart of Seminyak.

Pros: The property is in a great location. It’s is very clean. The pool and garden are simply gorgeous. The staff are amazing and very helpful.

Cons: The Seminyak area is a bit noisey at night due to the nightlife. But you get used to the noise and it’s worth it for such a great villa

Perfect stay in the heart of Seminyak!

Pros: We loved our stay here! We were greeted by Kadek on arrival and given all the necessary information - she was so lovely and helpful. The pool was fantastic, we were in and out all day. The best part was the location! So convenient and close to everything you need. We would definitely stay here again!

Cons: The air con was a little faulty in one bedroom, with the rain coming through. This was reported to Kadek though, so is probably a non issue now.

Brilliant, attention to detail and Kadek is one of a kind!

Pros: The villa is absolutely breath taking, every detail is not missed. Kadek is absolutely beautiful woman and I will be back! Highly recommend. Walking distance to all the hot spots in Seminyak.

Lovely villa with pristine pool and loves the plants & greenery. Would stay again!

Pros: Location is good and on main street. Near to shops and restaurants. Easy 15-20mins to beach. Villa is reasonably priced. Spacious and very nice with lots of plants. Insect/mosquitos repellent was provided which is very appreciated. Pool is pristine and nice and can tell place is well kept. We have had a very good stay and hope to return!

Cons: Lots of snails and mosquitos which cannot be helped as it's quite typical of bali. Though quite unpleasant to step on the snails at night as they are always in the pathways...

Great stay in central seminyak, in walking distance to great shopping and restaurants.

Pros: The property is located is a great area, close to nice shops and restaurants. The villa is modern and has lovely furnishings. The beds are really comfortable and th pool was great to swim in. Kadek was absolutely lovely and helped us with any requests we had.

Cons: It would be benefical to have Kadek at the property each day.
