Started out a disaster when we were put in the smaller villas on arrival but after complaining that we were cat fished a

Pros: The food from the Villa restaurant was amazing and great value for money. The spa was great too. The bigger 2 bedroom villas were large and really nice.

Cons: The smaller 2 bedroom villas are tiny and really in need of an upgrade, they look really old and rundown and definitely not worth the price.

Enjoyable and relaxing stay. Both elderly folks and kid are happy.

Pros: Very quiet villas, nice pool. No hot water. But water warm enough for bath. Big bathtub for my main room. Second bedroom no bathtub. But both toilets is big and partial open air concept. We staying at 2 bedroom villas. Value for money. Bedsheet is clean. Room is clean, a bit old. Aircon is cold. Kitchen u can use to cook. And eat breakfast in the villa if u prefer they send to u. Everyday got provide refill of 4 bottles of mineral water. Fridge is cold and big. Can buy your own drinks and use the fridge. Yummy American breakfast daily. They also have salad, yogurt and pancake and Chinese food as breakfast options. I find it relaxing stay. Toothpaste and brush u need to go reception and ask for it. They will pass to u. Staffs are friendly. 9 min walk to the beach to see sunset. Also near ku de ta club. Use Google map to navigate. Mini mart also around the walking distance.

Cons: Some light bulbs in the toilet and kitchen pantry was faulty never replace. The spa sadly only have one therapist after 5pm. They will have 2 therapists only from 2pm to 5pm. Never get a chance to use the spa.

The food from the Jas Cafe was really nice and room service food was hot. I would recommend this accommodation.

Pros: I liked having a private pool. The location of the villas are away from the main road so very quiet.

Cons: The outdoor kitchen I wasn’t expecting and the fixtures are a little outdated. But the rooms were exceptionally clean and today.

This is our third stay at Jas Green Villas. We love it! Perfectly located to restaurants and shops

Cons: We were ver happy wirh the whole expereience, if we had to remark about anything, it would be the pillows on the beds weren't to our comfort.
