Pros: Great location in Kuta. Close by to many shops and locals but quiet cul de sac. Personal was friendly and responsive. Pool was clean

Cons: Not much pressure in the shower and no hot water (only mid)

Great central little hotel behind a sports bar

Pros: The rooms are large as is the bathroom. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The staff are extremely accommodating - nothing is a problem. The location is great and very close to all entertainment.

worth the cost

Pros: Right in the heart of Kuta end of legian easy walk everywhere good breakfast in sports bar (extra charge but guest discount) be mindful this place is better suited to single men or Kuta hardened older aussie couples! Also when a pool in Bali is deep both end it means they discourage children staying, so basically an adults hotel.

Cons: If in the upper level the guest seating area is aways taken up which can be awkward if you want a coffee or smoke outside your room . Choose the Deluxe room they are on the ground floor with a verandah outside next to pool.

Very good value for money with helpfull staff

Pros: Very helpfull staff available 24/7 All the important amenities available (e.g. umbrella, which proves to be usefull on Bali or safe for valueables in reception area) Very good value for money Location is ok (close to beach and busy street with lot of restaurant and stores, but mostly for tourist - more local restaurant can be found a little bit further)
