Pros: This place is gonna be a new frequent for my wife and i. i have never had better customer service. They are so helpful and kind. They helped us switch rooms when the construction was loud in our other one, provides us a complimentary dinner too. for my birthday they decorated our room and came and sang to me personally! Besides that, the rooms are gorgeous, clean and comfortable. The location is convenient for travel but not too in the center to avoid noise. 15/10

Pros: Everything was amazing! The location, the villa its modern and cozy with good facilities. Food was good! The thing that made the stay even more amazing is the hospitality by the staffs! Thank you Theresia, Bunga, Puja and all the staffs are so kind, friendly and go out of their way to serve you!

Cons: Can’t think of one thing!

Pros: The place is quiet, private, and exceptionally clean and functional. The staff service is above and beyond, exemplified by Bunga and Mery at check in and throughout and the massage is the closest I've ever come to actually falling asleep in a spa.

A relaxing oasis escape in the heart of busy Seminyak

Pros: The staff were very friendly and always helpful, we loved the private pool and floating breakfast, good central location. We loved the Alexa to play music though too.

Cons: The free included breakfast did not have enough tasty vegan options.

Pros: Breakfast is great. They offer bfast in bed as well. The staffs are really friendly and gave us the best service.

Cons: Just a friendly suggestion if there's an aircon inside the bathroom or bigger window would be better bcs it's a bit hot inside while the door's closed
