Staff were exceptional and so obliging and friendly in every situation

Pros: Breakfast was great - good selection and service Coffee was Average

Cons: Beverage prices seemed very expensive especially wine which I declined to buy at the prices

Grand mirage family paridise

Pros: The facilities and activities provided for the kids was great and also something to do. be it the lazy river, kids water park, pool slide, gaming centre, play ground. aswell as fairy floss, smores icecream. Staff were great with the kids

Cons: the food options and quality i thought were lacking.

Pros: The hotel was beautiful and very relaxing. The atmosphere was peaceful, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and enjoyed the experience, although it felt a bit expensive.

Cons: The prices were quite high, and on top of that, additional charges were added, which made everything feel overpriced.

Pros: Everything was just perfect. Every department was exceptional 👏. The ladies from the kids club were absolutely lovely. Neka you are a legend, my kids simply loved you. Kevin and Maria from the front desk are very eager to make sure everything was perfect 👌🏼. Well done guys, we will coming back for sure.

Cons: Only one things comes to my mind. Where the kids water slide are located there is no bar or fridge to grab a drink while the kids are playing. Also no towels were provided in that area and if you needed some, you had to walk all the way to main pool which is not really safe as you need to leave the kids unsupervised to do so. Maybe those are some improvements for the management to consider.

THE BEST STAY SO FAR ! Mind you , we satyed at three places in Bali ! :)

Pros: Amazing Breakfast , Different menus each day , We loved the Indian food there Pool : So many to pick and choose , loved the pool bar and service that comes to me every time i call them with a smile We booked the Suite so you know it will be great , actually it was big and roomy and was set for a King

Cons: Nothing to say , it had beach access and water sports at door step everything was great . They even took care of my daughter with activities. I would say maybe they should extend care for kids in theevening as well till 8 PM if possible
