Our Go-To Hotel in Bali

Pros: We love Nikko and everything is pretty well perfect apart from when the idylilc peace is shattered by unsupervised noisy children.

Cons: Unsupervised and out of control children.

Cons: Rooms were not ready when we arrived, so there was a bit of a wait ( we had several family members, with multiple rooms ) Would have been a good service recovery to maybe offer some further refreshments, in addition to the one on arrival.

Relaxing and comfortable

Pros: Comfortable and very clean. A lot of good little spas along the strip if you wanna pay cheaper or the hotel spa has no availability. The pool area is amazing and you have a private beach! Also a lot of nearby water activities

Cons: We find it a bit overpriced eating and drinking at this hotel, as everything adds service and government tax
