Stunning and exceptional place to stay.

Pros: Everything. Conrad has 3 fabulous restaurants to choose from for meals, 4 if you include the pool area. Breakfast is always exceptional, the rooms are always super clean and the staff go above and beyond to ensure your stay is incredible.

Cons: There is nothing I don't like about this place. I could not find a bad thing to write. Its fabulous. The best!

Pros: It was very luxurious. The staff were exceptional, very happy and welcoming. Loved there country thanked us for visiting which was lovely.

Cons: I did feel the mirror in our particular room was a let down, needed replacing. As it was chipped. But that's the only thing that let it down. Which was nothing. Also, we had 2 banana splits. On separate occasions. One had biscuit base ice cream, 2 half bananas on and tube biscuit, and the next one was missing the biscuit base, banana slices, and biscuit tube. A little consistency would have been good Thank you.

Pros: The location The pools The service of all the staff is 5 star 🌟

Cons: Please try and upgrade the Shower Rose in shower. Too many misquotoes!! So try and fit something in room to help solve this problem.

Pros: The staff are absolutely amazing & genuinely care about your experience at both the hotel and the wider Bali experience. The location right on the beach is perfect! The food is outstanding! The accommodation is fantastic! We will definitely stay here again.

This was out 10 th stay so that says it all.

Pros: The staff first. They are the best. Room size 56 m2 biggest in Bali. Big balconies are a bonus. If you like a good gym it has everying. Meals in hotel whilst not super cheap but price differential going out for on a few $ less is hardly worth.

Cons: The street out the front of the hotel is in serious need of an upgrade.

Pros: The staff were amazing. They are all the reasons that make for a truly unforgettable holiday. The hotel is beautiful. Love the pool and the food served was excellent. Location was great and close to shops for anything else needed

A very well equipped 5 star hotel with some beautiful resident Kingfisher birds.

Pros: We loved the breakfasts, the extra bottles of water if needed, on the beach, a 25m pool for laps. We also chose the half board which worked well for us. We loved the hair and body washing liquids. Great choice of teas and coffees in our room ( it's been the only place I have got earl grey tea-bags). my husband enjoyed the gym. We loved how clean and tidy the hotel was, beautifully manicured gardens and it was a delight to watch the squirrels and 4 resident king fishers every morning and night enjoy the place too.

Cons: However, we were very disappointed that you had to pay for the activities ( yoga on the beach, tennis , pickleball, and although our kids are older and we didn't haven need for them, you had to pay for the water toys/floaties/ etc).
