Overall our stay was really good and we had fun. Breakfast buffet was also great and affordable.

Pros: Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Good value for money. Our room were upgraded due to pool renovation.

Cons: Kids unable to experience the kids pool due to closure and construction being done.

Fantastic relaxing place with great value for money

Pros: The pools are terrific with good options between inside and outside. Breakfast choice are plenty, but probably lesser option on savoury than sweet brekky. Access to the beach is easy. This is the side of the beach that is with calm and peaceful wabes

Perfect stay for families

Pros: Kidsclub is great, even better if my youngest was 4yo so could leave them for a bit. Kids pool, so much fun and so shallow that is super safe. Great breakfast buffet, super friendly staff. Onsite Tea Tree Spa. Easy poolside living. Convenience store just outside. Beach just outside. Really comfortable king bed and pillows labelled firm and soft. Such a family friendly place.

Cons: TV in the room only showing hotel services channel and one cartoon channel, even after staff tuned it. Water on the beach is not great.

Amazing Stay, I was sad to leave and the staff made it everything we could have wanted!

Pros: The staff were amazing, incredibly attentive, remembered our names, played with my daughter, helped with absolutely anything they could, by far some of the best staff i've had the pleasure of experiencing and I was a hotel manager for 10 years. The facilities are great, great breakfast and location. Kids club was great as well, my daughter enjoyed it a lot. Rooms are decent size, very clean and cleaned everyday, bed was also super comfy. I honestly couldn't fault them, great value for money.

Cons: its a little bit further away from some shopping and the other resorts but otherwise it was amazing

Pros: The staff was extra service minded especially Tasya in the reception desk helped us a lot. Nice hotel with big pool and own beach. Breakfast with great choice of different options, international and Asian.
