Highly Recommend

Pros: Absolutely stunning property. Has the all inclusive feel to this resort, with the traditional Balinese design. Multiple restaurants to choose from. Spa was great. Fun things to do. Breakfast buffet was huge and so many amazing choices.

Cons: We were not aware of any all inclusive packages until the day before we left. Perhaps the front desk should mention it at check in.

Pros: Staff very helpful, spa good value, very clean and close to airport as well as lovely swimming pool and overall organisation! Breakfast included was very good value as well!

Cons: Some of the equipment eg billiard, gym were dated but these were of secondary nature so, overall very good!

Relaxing

Pros: The location and facilities were great had a lot of options for dining, Staff were attentive and friendly

Cons: There was not a lot of information available on the use of facilities and where to find things, they have an all inclusive package, but I didn't see this advertisement until our trip was almost over, I certainly would have utilised this option.

good old local style hotel

Pros: The hotel aged perfectly with its Balinese style, and the staff are well trained and let you feel very welcome. It isn't located on the best beach, but it is also away from the crowd.

Cons: As mentioned by other guests, if you choose the deluxe room instead of a bungalow, you will have a very high chance of being given the wall-view cell room, which may ruin your holiday mood, and it's happened many times previously. My suggestion to the management, please label this hot potato room as a discount room with full details, just like what the other hotels with the similar arrangement did, which will save everybody a lot of hassle.

Father and son (74/50yrs)

Pros: All of the staff; waitresses, waiters, rooms, grounds people ALL take the time to be simply lovely. Fantastic food selection at 3 restaurants, wonderful massage packages. My 74 year old father had a suit tailored by the on-site gentleman, 3 days it was done and its fantastic. Club rooms were awesome along with the rooftop bar. A faultless 8 day stay - bloody awesome.

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: Some staffs so nice. Reception doesn't know if we pay for breakfast it feeling unwelcome Not any information about hotel or activities even we there for valentine's day. Make me feel unwelcome. Not sure we like to go back there.

Cons: Too dark on footpath need more light because a lots of bushland.

Pros: Amazing friendly staff. Resort gardens are beautiful. Pool areas are clean and relaxing, slightly dated with some loose tiles at edges, but would stay here time and time again

Great value for money. Loved the buffet breakfast. The beef nachos are the best I’ve ever had.

Pros: The resort was all inclusive and right on the beach.

Cons: Nothing wrong with this property at all. Nusa Dua is very family friendly but lack night life culture.

Cons: Just I noticed that soap is was precious there. There was more than enough of everything, but the soap was precious. The bedside lamp was flickering. I unplugged it because I thought it might be dangerous.
