Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali - All Inclusive

first hotel in bali and it made a wow impression

Pros: The hotel is beautifully situated, close to the beach, and has a bright, accessible pool. It's perfect for families with children. It's great that there's also an adults-only pool. The food is very good and varied. But what deserves recognition is the staff.

Cons: I liked everything

Pros: sometimes service is slow, suppose it depends on how busy the hotel is. being all inclusive it seemed like access to the bar was constrained by staff, and unless you asked for doubles, the servings were small.

Cons: Adult area could be larger. on-site indian restraunt was pretty dissapointing, very small portions and poor food. everywhere else on site was great

Pros: Fantastic resort All Inc well worth it, so much choice for food and drinks, love that laundry is included, loved all of the restaurants and that mini bar was included and replenished daily. loved that room service was included. beautiful pool and beach front

Relaxing holiday spot, made better by attentive and friendly staff.

Pros: We have stayed at the Grand Mirage Resort five times. We find that the friendliness of the staff makes this a place we will be going back to. Everyone we encountered was pleasant, helpful and friendly. In particular we would like to acknowledge the courteous and congenial members of staff that we have come to know well. Khrishna, Suda, Widya and Dwi from the Grand Cafe, Yeni and Ari from the Jukung Seafood restaurant. Wira the concierge and Jonathan at reception. Toni and Pratista at the bar next to Jukung Restaurant. In addition,the atmosphere is relaxing and there is a wide variety of food choices.

Cons: Waiting for the Lazy River feature to open soon.

Our stay was perfect for a young family and we will definitely visit again

Pros: Everything about the hotel was perfect for us and our 1 year old child. The food was all fantastic, the staff were extremely friendly and all interacted beautifully with our child. The facilities had everything we needed. The activities provided gave us an insight into the local Balinese culture and the entertainment in the Rama live was wonderful. We had 4 spa treatments which were all fantastic and very relaxing. The water sports team were very friendly.

Cons: There were building works being carried out but we could see these were necessary and didn't affect our visit.

Exceptional stay at fabulous resort.

Pros: I could honestly keep writing about what i liked but to sum it up; every attention to detail was taken from check in to room service dining and activities. The bonus of the focus and attention to looking after the children and making sure they had everything to hand and a separate pool for adults feel like it was predominately an adults only resort. The staff in all areas are exceptional the get the fine balance of customer service without intrusion. Food is a very high standard and good selection at the bars.

Cons: There isn't anything i didn't like i have no complaints.
