If staying in Nusa Dua this villa by far is my favourite boutique villa

Pros: The staff were incredibly friendly. I stubbed my toe and it was bleeding and 4 of the staff rushed to help and offer first aid. The room had a Bali modern feel and I preferred everything at this resort compared to the Westin Nusa Dua (work trip)

Cons: A little bit noisy with renovations but it was explained when I booked and checked in,

Comfortable hotel direct on the beach

Pros: Just by the sea with a nice swimming pool and a good restaurant. Competent and kind staff

Cons: During most of the day the beach is unsuitable for swimming because of the low tide

Perfect place for comfortable leisure holidays with grearlt food and attentive personal. Thank you!

Pros: Absolutely lovely hotel with very welcoming and attentive staff. Every day we were greeted by Dewi at the reception who was also concerned about our comfort due to the wedding at the time of our stay. So thank you! It was very thoughtful. Breakfast was amazing and definitely worth money spent.

Cons: The room was a little dark to my taste as windows were not that tall. Bright aircon light with no option to turn it off.

That was a nice journey to a beautiful world and I’m so excited to see the views and interior and exterior of this resor

Pros: Everything was so luxurious and amazing and I really enjoyed the service and food and the location.

A nice clean resort but lacks key features being included that would make it a 5 star resort.

Pros: The Balinese feel of the resort. The staff were friendly and helpful. The Breakfast was nice, order from Menu which is nice and the coffee was good. Location was good there are a few restaurants, shops and places for massages within walking distance.

Cons: Our Room door entry system failed on numerous occasions and the room was very noisy during the night when it rained. The rain was very loud throughout the room. There was no way of locking the room from the inside i.e. deadlock for nighttime etc. Our first room was quite dated compared to the one we were moved to when they moved us due to the door entry system. The second room was much more comfortable. Don't book a Premier Room if you want the updated rooms. Whilst the coffee was really nice it was incredibly disappointing that they charged extra for alternative milk, and we were told EVERY morning, which just made it worse. It was not cheap to stay at this resort and considering they say it is 5 Star this should be a standard inclusion as it is in most other hotels/resorts in Bali. We stayed 10 nights, so this was not acceptable.

The best hotel staff and service I’ve ever had!

Pros: The best hotel staff and service I’ve ever had! The place itself is much prettier than shown in the photos - it’s an amazing little enclave of peace, with a private beach and all the facilities needed. The rooms are very spacious, really clean and comfy. The food is fantastic, beautifully served and absolutely delicious. I only wished we could have stayed there longer!

Overall great resort and good value for money.

Restful, tranquil and relaxing

Pros: The peace of the location and the Bali feel gardens and rooms

Cons: There are little markets and shopping around but that was a good thing I found after a day in semyinak

Cons: The neighborhood can be more lively like sanur

Pros: the staff we absolutely fantastic! so kind and happy to speak with us about anything, alwasy remebered us. the restuarant was so tasty and some of th ebest flavours ive had. would gladly stay there again. room was cleaned daily and was alwasy amde up so lovely with animal towels and flowers! a great experience for our first trip to bali.
