We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Bali

Pros: The property was beautifully presented with lovely rooms and facilities & gardens. Small intimate resort with friendly, caring staff.

Cons: It is at the end of the Sanur strip which we loved as it was quiet but with a lovely track along the beach if you wanted to wander into the heart of Sanur.

Pros: Wonderful breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic that there were bikes to borrow for free

Cons: There was a faint smell of smoke in our room

Pros: Amazing service by very caring team. Great location right on beach. Super comfortable rooms, nice wet edge pool looking out to beach plus river pool. Breakfast and restaurant food very good.

A really relaxing and enjoyable stay! Highly recommend

Pros: The property itself is sparkling new, staff are friendly, rooms are large and well equipped- a really well polished experience, the lazy river for us was also a highlight!

Cons: A few of the on-site purchases felt a little higher than they should be (ie spa is 3x cost of nearby semi comparable service) food was more reasonable, still higher but in line with expectations!

Pros: We had a nice stay at this hotel and ultimately decided to extend our visit by two days. We particularly appreciated the quiet location at the end of the Sanur promenade. We also enjoyed the yoga and meditation classes offered, the possibility to rent a bike. Breakfast à la carte was very good. And the staff was very friendly!!

Pros: We had the most amazing stay at Sumitra. Exceptional service from the staff. They went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs, and exceeded our expectations. A truely 5 star experience, the best stay I've had at a hotel so far. All of the staff were so great, with a special thank you to Ika, for being so helpful.

Sometimes you just need to go to a place that makes it all about you. Happy, just really happy.

Pros: First Impression really counts; from drinks at arrival to the warm and friendly hotel staff throughout our stay, and orchids to welcome and my girlfriend when we entered the room. The luxury suite we stayed in was a refuge. We didn't really want to leave as we found ourselves gazing into the ocean and just purely relaxing. The food at Flow restaurant was great too! The attentiveness of the hotel staff and good food really put us in a fantastic mood!

Cons: I guess when it was raining? I mean that's a big turn off. can't really blame the hotel hey?
